To save money we always get XL cartridge
Small businesses need to save every dollar possible and xl cartridges are the answer. Wish the multi color variety package had XL in red blue and yellow like the black. That would be a real money saver.

Good value for the price many specials for HP ink lowers cost but in short supply at local store.

Not convinced this is saving me money
Have tried buying these a couple of times usually when they are out of the smaller cartridge. I don't think this is lasting twice as long or for near as long as it should for the money it costs. These aren't products I would recommend - you have no choice on cartridges. You have to buy what the printer model dictates.

I would buy again
Good quality but even though I return used cartridges I never seem to get the rebate/refund for it. Even had cashier check my e-mail address and it was fine. Have returned at least 5 or 6 already and still have not received anything.

HP920XL Black Ink Cartridge
I have been very satisfied with the HP920XL ink cartridge. It is very easy to load/unload and the ink quality is always very good even when I use "fast draft" printing.

Dries up too quickly
I love the printer. But, the color ink cartridges dry up very quickly. I mostly print with black ink, but have to replace the color cartridges after perhaps one or two uses as they dry up. I don't know if I would buy this printer again for this reason.

I always use genuine HP cartridges
I have all Hewlett Packard products in my home office and have been very satisfied with my computer, laptop and printer. I use only HP ink cartridges with success. I prepare a newsletter for our condo association, also keep our address lists up to date. I also keep the roster updated for our high school and notify classmates of any changes and deaths. good product
I use this ink in four different colors all the time. I think it gets an OK usage amount on each cartridge. the color when first inserted gets on the very first page that I print, so no problems there and the color is always crisp and clear on all types of paper. I use my printer to make copies of my business needs, plus I also print alot of pictures for my scrapbooking...

this product will not work after installed
Well after installation of the cartridge color will not print even though it is display as correctly installed and full cartridge status in the screen. It took a long session with customer service to make it to print. But printing is still coming out faded.
