True Black
Truly true black and performs just great. Crisp clean print one every page. No smear or smudge dries quickly. Great on paper or photo papers every time. Love the XL cartridge as I print in black/white on many projects.

GREAT PRODUCT
I ordered this product so I would not have to run out to our local store (about 45 minutes away) for pick up. Delivery was extremely prompt as the date for delivery was indicated when ordering. The printer ink was delivered on time. The pricing for the one cartridge was very reasonable. I'm extremely pleased with the purchase

The cartridge is fine my only complaint is that they are to expensive. Which is HP doing not yours. My experience a Staples was fine.

Didn’t last at all
Just bought a new black ink cartridge for my computer and it barely lasted a month! All I copied was Xmas card addresses.

Trustworthy ink
I have been buying HP ink for 20 or 30 years. Never had a problem. I am 90 years old. I don't have a smart phone so no photos.

Good quality once it starts to work. Often have a problem when inserting a new cartridge. Get a message saying the cartridge is damaged or missing. This takes a lot of messing about to resolve and I had to look at on line blogs to find out how to resolve. This is disappointing as I always buy HP's own brand ink cartridges

I'm sorry that the cartridge you received does not seem to fit. That does sound disappointing!
There are some cartridges that will have the tab bent in slightly during shipping. You can gently bend the tab away from the ink cartridge, taking care not to move it more than a half an inch. That should allow it to snap into place successfully.

Great ink!
I have been using my officejet printer with these genuine ink for 9 years and counting. I go on months not using the printer and the ink never dries!
