The orange arm on the ink well kept breaking off when trying to load new ink into the printer. Ink spilled all over. Terrible experience

Ink cartridges
I liked getting the postage paid return envelope for my used cartridges. I did not have to them in the burn barrel, or the trash barrel or take them to the plastic recycle center.

Did not work
For some reason i brought the 920 color pack and the black ink the black ink is not working but the color pack is working fine

They are good ink cartridges, but expensive for what you get.I try to get much cheaper refills when possible.
