I purchased Ink for my Printer
I have been using this Ink Cartridge (HP 920XL) since i received my Printer. I have found the HP Ink to be the best for my Printer.I like it and have recommended it to several of my friends.

Hi Jim I am very sorry that your cartridge did not work very long. It is understandable why you rated this so low. It is a good idea to check how full the cartridge is when you first insert it. Sometimes there are used or counterfeit cartridges out there. If a new cartridge appears to not be full you can look into returning it. Here are some things that might help your ink usage: - Set the printer to draft mode whenever possible - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying Mary Chris HP Care hp.com/support

Works fine
The ink is great but expensive. Of they could lower the ink costs it would be a better value.

Unfortunately we put it into our printer and have not been able to get consistent printing from it... it’ll print one page fine and then very faintly on another page and nothing on another and then & then fine on the next. I’m going to take it back to the store from where I got it in hopes to rectify the problem

The Poor Rating is ME not the Ink!!
I was so excited when I got the ink as the it arrived in record time.....BUT I ordered the wrong size ink and didn't realize it until I opened the package, Grrrrrrr! The rating is 5 stars for HP, and really no star for me!!!

Working HP Ink Cartridges
I have had issues in the past with HP cartridges with my HP printer, but these this time actually worked as intended. But I do fill that the price of ink should be less considering the new technology and ability to refill existing cartridges.
