Package not delivered
We received an email on Tuesday stating our toner had been delivered. It is now Thursday and we do not have the toner. We received a package on Monday without issue. (toner had not been ordered at that time)

An Awful Substitution
You save money on the toner but pay it back in a) a shorter life and b) having someone clean out the printer when it dumps toner powder all over everything which fouls everything in the paper handling path. These should only be used for printers you personally don't use--where it's someone else's headache.

It's not the best but works almost as good as HP cartridges. I have had a problem in the pats with two of the cartridges and hopefully will not have a problem with the last one I purchased.

Recycled good use time-not so much
Recycled toners do not seem to last as long as name brand ones. They also do not print in as high quality often leaving specks on the pages.
