An every day need
This is the newer version of the HP12A. HP just changed the printers a bit and now you have to stock assorted types of toner.

Works perfect in our small Dr.'s office.
This cartridge gets put to good use in our small Dr.'s office, never lets us down with quality or quantity of pages it stands up to.

I would buy this product again and again
Because I do a lot of work for customers (type book manuscripts letters) including book publishers and writers I use only the 36-A toner. I've received many email advertisements on getting refillable toners but I don't feel I can trust them. I take a lot of pride in my work including my own manuscripts that I send to publishers (I've sold 24 books) so I don't want...

Easy to install
This toner cartridge is expensive but it lasts a long time. It is easy and clean to remove the old cartridge and install the new one.

HP printer cartridge
My 4 year old HP laser printer would not work with my new Windows 8 system. I had to buy a new printer. I am unhappy with this. I bought Brother since HP has proven unreliable. I strongly disagree with planned obsolescence.

Ok....the box says...2 000 copies per cartridge..last time ......I only got 1 999 copies per cartridge.....I am still looking for that last page!

Ok....the box says...2,000 copies per cartridge..last time ......I only got 1,999 copies per cartridge.....I am still looking for that last page!

Repeat purchaser!
have been using hp toners for years. although they may appear to be expensive at first glance when you compare other printers that require the drum replacements on a regular basis the cost per page is far more affordable. Not to mention so much less mess. I have had my own professional court reporting business for more than a decade and always default to hp printers ...

Wll buy again
We print a significant amount daily. The cartridges LAST about 3 weeks. This means buying a 75$ cartridge every three weeks. It gets pricey but the Hp printer is a gem. it is reliable and clear printing so I am willing to make the payment for a reliable printer.
