The toner is poor…the copies are so light as to benillegible

Easy install - Easy Print - Just Right!
This has been our mainstay printer for black and white documents, classroom handouts, quick copies and FAXes. We appreciate how easy it is to replace mid-job when necessary. Also appreciate the double packaging and occasional sales discounts to make it more economical by stocking up when we can. We also always recycle - another plus for us and the environment.

I never get 2000 copies. The product is very very expensive to use. During my busy season I have to replace the cartridge every two weeks at [$] a pop ... that's [$] a month for cartridges.

easy installation/removal-great product
I have a black only printer. The cartridge works trouble free. Four years and never had a problem in any way. Installation is a breeze sharp print quality and NO blotches or smears on prined materials. I wish all printer cartridges were of this quality.

Overpriced...
I prefer a good quality "compatible" cartridge. They are half the price and most are an outstanding value. I had to purchase OEM because I forgot to order a replacements in time. This is a good product but the big guys make you pay it.
