Products need Protection
The paper was in a very large box with no protection and the box arrived partially opened which were concerns. Paper need better treatment than the toner which have protective boxes.

To order was easy. The site was no problem to use
I was out of paper, didn't have one sheet of papdner. had to order somewhere fast.The only place to order and get it fast was HP.

Fine paper
HP paper is all I buy for my printer the others don't do as well as HP paper does the ink is not as clear on the other papers that I have used.

Disappointed in condition of shipment
The product itself was fine, at least what I could salvage of the pack. It was shipped in a thin plastic outer envelope and the cellophane wrapper around the paper ripped apart during shipment. A lot of the paper was bent/creased. I'll be able to use it as scrap but I won't order this way again.

HP Multipurpose Paper
I always purchase this HP paper because it is the exact weight needed for optimal printing in my HP Envy printer. When using another brand in past, I had continual issues with my printer jamming or print being out of alignment. Will purchase again.
