HP Multipurpose paper is compatible
My daily go to paper has been HP multipurpose for years. I have an HP printer so all products, ink, paper are HP.

Excellent paper
We purchased this when it was on sale but we were only allowed two reams at that great price. This is great paper and we would have purchased a couple of cases if allowed to at that price.

The HP Multipurpose 20 lb 8.5 x 11 paper is fine for everyday use but as with all other 20 lb paper sources (manufacturers) it has its inherent limitations of print quality. When printing "the written word" this HP 20 lb paper weight is very acceptable. For more "exacting" printing requirements the HP 28 lb and 32 lb paper weights are recommended - depending on sensi...

Paper Great; Staples Packaging Terrible
The HP multipurpose paper is great. It works well in both inkjets and color laser printers. Staples definitely needs to improve their packaging. Three reams placed in a carton with about two to three inches of extra space on all sides. One small piece of bubble wrap placed in the carton at the "top" edge of the reams. We go through paper frequently and one day the HP Multi-Purpose Paper was on sale. I didn't want to pass up the deal so I bought twenty reams. I was disappointed. The paper is bright but very thin.

FEWER JAMS
For some reason almost all other brands of paper jam in my HP laser printer. I have far fewer jams with this brand especially the pink color packaging.

HP Multipurpose Paper 11 X 17 review
The quality of this HP paper is excellent! We love how the colors pop and appear brighter; about 30 % brighter and blacks are up to 60% bolder on this paper than any other brand of paper we have used.
