Plantronics HW291N EncorePro Wired Office Telephone Headset with Noise Canceling.
We did not like them, will be returning them. They were also overpriced.

Easy to hear things now
Wonderful, clear and easy to hear things now. The last headset you had to press the earpiece to hear clearly. Headband just a little tight fitting especially when wearing all day.
