Toner Purchase
The toner was exactly what we needed for our printer, I just wish they still offered spending discounts like they used to. I buy so much less than I did before.

Prompt and correct
Getting the tax-exempt status properly set and assigned to me, one employee of a large gov't agency, took a lot of time and patience on the phone with a helpful Quill agent. Well over half an hour. But once that was set up, the rest of the ordering and delivery process was smooth. And quick. (Downgrade is due to difficulty in linking tax-exempt status and shipping info ...
