A good product that is certainly more reliable than recycled clones, but it annoys me when the consumables cost as much or more than the original equipment.

The ink cartridges are fine but what I take issue with is my boxed orders of office supplies pens staples markers highlighters. They are just thrown into the box and half the pens / staples etc.. are out of their individual boxes and loose. Takes me 15 minutes to clean up.

HP Cartridges are the best
I used a reconditioned cartridge one time. That was the last time and I now use only HP original cartridges.

HP Toner is the best
I've always used HP toner in my printers. Never had spilled toner or cartridges that don't print the full number of expected pages.
