Toner Purchase
The toner was exactly what we needed for our printer, I just wish they still offered spending discounts like they used to. I buy so much less than I did before.

Works great but...
Toners and inks are WAY overpriced! $2.00 kickback for recycling such a pricey item hardly seems like an incentive. But once you commit to a printer you're in for the long haul with the toners. Sad but necessary.

Can't Shake One More Print Out!
The worst is that the printer completely shuts down until you replace the cartridge. I miss being able to "shake a few more" printings out of a cartridge.

IT WORKS! (to HP's advantage)
HP makes good printers and good toner cartridges; however I am irritated with the chip in the cartridge that turns your printer off when it "thinks" it is empty. I am convinced there is still life left in the cartridge. I am looking into refill kits; I think as a matter of good customer relations HP should offer one; then the few people that wanted to would have other ...

"Too much whiz and not enough bang"
I have been disappointed in the performance of this cartridge because the color fades. I thought I was going to have to replace the cartridge, which was just purchased, but then the color tone improved. The color tone is inconsistent. I had a similar cartridge before purchasing this one and it worked well, it printed very consistently.

Good color short cartridge life
Small non profit user - I like the cartridge is all in one and there isn't a separate drum however the cartridge life is very short in comparison to the OKI I had
