Good quality product - Way overpriced!
Why are these good cartridges so way overpriced? A horrible rip-off, for sure.
It's a sad business model to sell good printers at low cost and the rip off the buyer by selleing way overpriced cartridges. Hopefully everything will be digital soon so we can stop feeding HP's sick business model.

The only possible complaint was that it wasn't in stock (only stock black and tri-color).. Had to order. Received next day.😃

Genuine HP cartridges have never given me problems like the generics. The image quality is always great. Staples discounts combined with free shipping make this a good buy.

Toner always works great
HP toner is always a great product, and the shipping time is impressive -- even including the slight delay because of the pandemic. My only complaint is the price. HP quality is better than the knockoffs, but maybe not 4 times better, although the price is 4 times higher.

Always reliable toner
Bought a couple of off brand toners and was so disappointed and felt like I had wasted my money. Never feel that way with HP toner cartridges.

They don't last as long as they used to
I used to get 50 000 pages out of toner cartridges. While I've had this printer a while I've gone through many toner cartridges. I think they are rated for only 5000 pages now. They also have a chip so when the printer thinks the cartridge is empty that's it - no printing until you have replaced the cartridge. That said I've had no trouble with with then aside fro...

HP Not Disappointing
Rather spend extra bucks on HP products so my equipments aren’t filled with dripping toner. Definitely will buy again.
