78A cartridge page yield
Terriible performance. I got on 588 double-sided copies (1176pp) from one cartridge that is rated at 2100pp output. I cannot afford to use this printer & will be trying to return it.

Right product, Right time
My LaserJet Toner Cartridge arrived promptly and is working perfectly. My printer alerted me that I would need to give it a new cartridge just in time to order it directly from HP. What more could I ask!

Returning old cartridges.
While the purchase is smooth, trying to return the used toner not so much. I have been trying to find an address but to no avail. Even my request to support three days ago have not had any success.

At the time I was at the store there was not a single toner cartridge for me to buy. One of the talented staff helped me order one on line and I was able to use the coupons I had to apply toward the purchase. Really appreciate the help.
