78A cartridge page yield
Terriible performance. I got on 588 double-sided copies (1176pp) from one cartridge that is rated at 2100pp output. I cannot afford to use this printer & will be trying to return it.

HP you disappoint me
HP1536mfp is an excellant product but to only need the 78A toner is ridiculous. I wish the other reviews was available before I purchased in April, 2011. I have paid for my printer twice in toner. HP needs to go back to the drawing board and come up with a BETTER product or at least a product that produces what is says and exceeds like more toners do. I am lucky if I ge...

Low output, high price --don't recommend
Personal use and working from home. We go though two cartridges per month. The duty cycle (number of pages printed per cartridge) is significantly less than advertised (perhaps half). Since the printer is a new purchase we are thinking of returning it to get one that uses better value toner cartridges.

correct print settings
used 12A for many years on 3020 and got good cartidge life. purchased new M1530 MFP using this cartidge...went thru and changed print settings to 600 dpi. Left at default 1200 dpi, cartridge would go quicklly.. but with old 12A in 3020 setting was 600 dpi for satisfactory printing for business use. all those that decry the low volume from this cartidge need to go and ch...

Very Disappointing!
This cartridge doesn't last long at all! And unlike other cartridge's there is 'shake time'. If it starts to run out you better hope you have a spare because it goes from working to nothing. For the price they are such a disappointment. I also dislike there is no high-yield option, which means we go through the singles rather quickly. Wish we would have chosen a differe...

Good but waiting
I haven't had it that long to give a good review. My question is on the number of copies I will get from the cartridge.
So far the quality and speed has been good, but..

Not nearly enough pages for the money
What a disappointment! Approximately 1000 pages per toner. I must have taken the toner out of the printer 20 times - shook it up - and put it back - to get to 1000 pages.

Lower Cost Cartridge DECEPTION!
The main reason for upgrading to the printer that I did (HP MFP 1522) was to get better ink yield, (and honestly for scanning abilities too). Because HP no longer clearly marks the yield on the packaging[...] this "around $80" cartridge would produce nearly the same amount of printing as my older HP 98a cartridges. ... Way Wrong!!!... I used to spend about $120 for over...

Hugely Disappointing
This is the worst cartridge performance ever! I am so disappointed with HP. I would like to know what they are planning to do about this problem.
Looks like my all-in-one will be an all-in-everything-EXCEPT-printer. I will have to purchase a new printer that is a workhorse and doesn't cost an arm and a leg for supplies (preferably from a different company).
