Just what my son wanted!
Our previous router just could not handle the demands that my son's xbox demanded of it....this router handles xbox and everyother device we have with no interuption to anyone!

Save your money
If you're upgrading your wireless and intend to use your HP Laptop with this great new router, forget it and save your money.
The laptop has a 'Whitelist' built into the bios, and you can not use WPA2 security. You can't upgrade your wireless card to one that will support it. What does that mean for you? You can only use WEP security for ALL wireless devices, which mean...

Great router.
I finally upgraded from Wireless-G to Wireless-N and the Linksys E3000 was a snap to install and my home wireless network is humming. I don't know if the features are specific to this model or if it's just the upgrade to Wireless-N and a new computer (probably all the above), but the improved internet connectivity speed is awesome. I have not experienced a single droppe...

good choice
I purchased the E3000 to download videos. I use three computers and three tv's on my network. Plus a playstation and a blu ray. I found it very easy to use. It is good and i want to upgrade to the newer Cisco router because it is the latest and greatest. I have had guess over who have accessed the internet via the E3000 with no problem. Overall I am very satisfied with ...

Excellent Performance
The E3000 replaced my Linksys WRT54G workhorse which failed after 6 years of flawless operation. The E3000 supports my server and 3 desktops with gigabit connections, 2 notebooks on wireless N at 2.4 Ghz and networked TV and a second TV via Wii (both on wireless N 5 Ghz. There are 2 smartphones on the wireless G band too. At least one of the notebooks is running VOIP ca...

Not worth the price
I needed WEP encryption for some devices that I have, but it only supports it in "a" mode on it's lowest speed. Definitely a deal breaker for me. Speed in "g" and "n" are good as well as the range. I installed external antenaes to increase it a bit more and what is listed as 6 internal antenaes is actually 4 with 2 being shared. It has alot of features in the software s...
