Good use of space
Great product definitely helpful when you need space to put a group of folders. You assemble yourself by creasing the folds at the bottom and creating a 2in base. There is a cardboard insert that goes on the bottom. Need to have enough stuff to fill the 2inches otherwise your papers will sink down and curl up.

Not "paperless office" yet...
Try as we may to transition to the "paperless office" many of us have paper files that grow & need to be kept accessible in an organized way. Sturdy!!
These file folders are fabulous. I love how sturdy they are and the cardboard "inserts" for the bottoms of the files.

Perfect Folder for Large Files
These durable folders are great for all three of our companies' filing needs! They're the perfect size for large files. To sum it up they have greatly simplified filing for us.

Good Product
The flat bottom hanging folders are space savers and save weight from several smaller folders without the flat bottom. They also allow the manila file folders to rest uniformly on the bottom so the labeled tabs don't get bent as I open and close the drawer. Wish I had gotten these sooner.

The perfect solution for your fat files
I've destroyed many many file folders by stuffing them with too much stuff. That's the point of filing though to keep it all together. Going to multiple files defeats that. Enter the box bottom file! Very strong and this thing eats everything I feed it. Get some.

An office must have.
Smead Hanging Box Bottom folders are an office must. Their quality and durability cannot be beat. In my office they are asked for by the name -Smead.

Invaluable office resource
I work in Regional Sales and keep a fairly large inventory of literature in my home office. Without Smead regular and high capacity hanging files I'd be overwhelmed with the volume of printed material. Smead hanging files help me stay neat and organized and ready to build a catalog for a customer at a moment's notice.

Good Function Moderate Stability
These box-bottom hanging folders are great for putting multiple files in. However papers wide enough to fill the width capacity of these folders can be too heavy for the metal holders to withstand so they break and thus reduce the functionality of these otherwise great hanging folders.

do it now save time later
I love these hanging files. The tabs are convenient to label the files I have inside and keep everything organized so I can find what I am looking for quickly. The Smead folders are good quality so I dont have to worry about replacing them as fast as another brand

More Storage!
When I switched my employer's contract files to using the box bottom hanging folders I was able to get about 6 inches more files in each 4 foot drawer. This allowed us to keep all our current files in the one file room and eliminate the need for an extra cabinet in our main office space. We were thrilled!
