NO CARDBOARD INSERT FOR THE BOTTOM
There are no cardboard strips included for the bottom of these folders. If used as-is they bottom-out and droop. Do not buy if you beed a cardboard strip for the bottom.

Folder material isnt as thick as it should be
I was surprised how thin the folder material was. I was expecting it to be more heavy duty since it will hold 2 inches of material.

Deep wide pockets
These folders are bright and colorful. Initially I thought I ordered the 3" expansion because of how wide the looked but they are 2". There is a lot of room for multiple thick file jackets and file folders to go into one of these. It allows you to keep seperate files covering the same subject in one single file folder.

Not good For Expansion
These folders simply don't form that sharp bottom edge seen in the pictures. The file folders we place in them simply push them down into a curve. The only way to make these look like that would be a fair amount of creasing and hand work but the thin cardboard support would need to be glued in I suppose. Makes bigger files so much
I truly dislike having to use more than one folder for a file. The expense of wider files just makes sense with some customers and archived accounts.

A good hanging file option for all situations
Using these with the inserts works great if you have file folders full of stuff or a large # of related folders. Or you can ignore the inserts and use them a regular hanging folders.
