Great Folders
I like these when I have a lot to file under one category; like for credit cards & bank statements.

Problem
We have no problem wth orders or products but don't seem to get our account manager (Phil Bissett) to respond to us. We have been trying to find out if the rewards offer we recently received in the mail (Staples Plus) is a better deal or do we already have an equivalent rewards program?

No tabs!
There are no tabs included with these folders. What a rip off. I've been buying hanging folders for many years and have NEVER had to buy the tabs separately. I'm glad Staples doesn't sell shoes I would have to buy the shoelaces separately.

I wish the bottoms were better reinforced
These hanging folders will absolutely do the trick but I was expecting product more like Pendaflex. These aren't bad and truly do work. They are sturdy and hold a good number of files and papers. I do wish however that the bottoms were better reinforced and not just supported with the cardboard piece that can be added into the folders.

Good Quality
These are good quality folders. I have filed photos printed on photo paper in them and they are strong enough to hold the contents securely and not bend. I like the variety of colors that I alternated and can easily see each file.

Cannot recommend
I wrote a lengthy review earlier so I hope this review gets through. These 2" box files had flimsy cardboard strips for the buyer to insert on the bottom. The cardboard strips were not very functional. I cut my own heavier strips and double stick taped them to the box bottoms. I would have returned the files but time was a factor so altered them to make them functio...

2" expansion file folder
Pros: Sturdy great that they include tabs Cons: Can only use when expanded otherwise they drag on the bottom of the cabinet.
