Poor Design
This replaced a 10 year old chair at my work and it is less comfortable! It may look fancy but the bottom cushion is thin with cheap padding. After few minutes, you will feel the metal structure against your rear end. Don't these people ever test their designs before they release them for manufacturing??

Sturdy, price is debatable
This chair gets 40hr work a week minimum.
So far with 200+lb occupant- there are no functional issues. We decided to leave the arm rests off.
After 6months- cushion is a bit firmer in the center, not as comfortable. The mesh seat can be difficult to clean- if crumbs etc get into it.
Current price is about $50 more than we purchased. I'm not sure would buy again on n...

Not good
I've had this chair for about a year now. It was fine, nothing special for a while. Now, the chair sinks throughout the day. The weight capacity has not been reached or exceeded. It's annoying to have to adjust the height up every 20-30 minutes. Would not purchase again.

Get what you pay for
It's a good chair if you don't use for long hours. I'm 5'6" and my back is bothered by the non-adjustable functions (height & lumbar) as I sit for 8hr days. If you would use for short timeframe, it's fine for the price.

Great chair
This chair is very comfortable and is so much better for my back than my previous chair. The seat is a little unusual (molded and very firm) and takes some getting used to.
Is it worth the price? Not sure, but my back certainly feels a lot better.

Overall I like the chair; it provides good lumbar support and the arms are adjustable in height (I would have found it more comfortable if the arms could be turn slightly inwards, i.e., the angle of the arms in relationship to the back could be changed from 90 deg to maybe 80 deg). OK chair. My old HON chair lasted 20 years and was always comfortable. This one is not as comfortable even on day one as that one on day 7300. My complaints on set up are the the back of the chair did not seem to fit well to the bottom of the chair and is crooked and the bottom cushion bottoms out to the seat platform. It's not horrible, but it's not the best. The chair didn't come with instructions so I had to guess for mostly everything. I'm 5'1 and the back support hits right in the center of my back, I work 8 hr days so it's not ideal. The hydrologics are leaking already and I just put the thing together. Nice Chair!
Having to work from home regularly with Covid-19 going on, I needed a comfortable chair. My back was killing me until I got this chair. Very affordable, comfortable chair that won't break the bank. My back pain is pretty much gone. This is a nice looking, comfortable chair.

Good, solid chair
The chair is quite comfortable. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the armrests could be a little more adjustable...the settings for height are either a bit too high or a bit too low for me...the notches are too far apart.

Not even worth the not-very-cheap price!
Armrest skins shredded within one year, gas cylinder started leaking within one year, and lumbar support is pretty much nonexistent. Feels like a $70 chair but I paid about $150. Highly non-recommended!
