Do not trust off brands
Last a long time do not trust off brands. I tried them and regretted it. They all leak.

Came quickly and worked
The drum to my MFC failed. I ordered the drum unit from taples and it came within two days. I had a few challenges installing it but now I can use my MFC again. Very timely.

New Toner Cartridges
I just realized that a new cartridge is not always new. I have had problems in the past with the powder leaking out of the cartridges. While installing a new magenta cartridge noticed that blue powder is all over the outside of the unit. I was believing that purchasing new meant new not refurbished.

Not very "high yield"
Supposedly will print up to 6000 copies. I got less than 2000 before it was spent. Not impressed.

Oh Brother Printer Cartridges only
Long Brother MFC user. I only purchase Brother’s cartridges for my printer. Have never needed to replace one for faults. Expensive but they last a long time. Admittedly never used an off-brand but my printer has never given me a moment’s problem so it makes the most sense to keep it all in the family. Highly recommended.

Brother’s Black Best
Long time Brother MFC customer. I only use Brother’s printer cartridges for my MFC. I prefer the high capacity Black cartridges. Pricey yes. But they have never failed to produce as close to the claimed longevity they advertise. I wouldn’t use any other. Highly recommended

It's original it fit it does the job
I've been using this printer for nearly 8 years now and as long as I buy manufacturer toner it seems to be happy.

Delivery is always a problem with Staples
The cartridge is fine but as is always always always the case with Staples delivery was delayed delayed and delayed. Gee could it be because they use Fed Ex as their delivery service?

Lasts only 12 months due to known design defect
This toner cartridge has a defect which is known to have been present for at least 7 years. The cartridge will faile after 12 months due to oxidization of the substance from which the toner application roller (within the cartridge) is manufactured. Despite being full of toner with 1000 pages remaining, the blacks start to fade to gray and the cartridge needs to be rep...
