Nothing works like a manufacturer part
You can buy a cheaper second market part or one from the manufacturer. Guess which one works perfect every time.

Defective cartridge
My printer was working fine before I replaced the blank ink cartridge. Afterward, my printouts were hopelessly garbled and marked up to the point they were unusable and unreadable.
