May be a bad one
I've never had a problem with HP toner before. I am debating whether to return it. I think I pulled all the shipping strips out. We have shaken it and still the black is gray. Maybe I just got the one that has a problem.

Great Service and a Great Price
I love ordering my toner cartridges online through Staples. I get them at a great price free delivery to my front door. This is so much more convenient than driving all over town to find them. EASY Thanks Staples

Works well and lasts a long time
I like the ink because I do not have to replace it every month or two. One of these cartridges usually will last me for almost a year.

This Laser Jet Cartridge Is A High Quality Product. It Lasts A Long Time And Its Colors Are Sharp And Clear. I Would Recommend This Cartridge To Anyone.

All of the HP toner cartridges underperform in regards to output. They do NOT last anywhere as long as I expected them to. They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS kick up a notice that they need to be changed long before they do which seems to me to be a little bit unethical.

wish it lasted longer
I like the printer and the cartridge but it seems that I'm always replacing them. they are expensive and I only buy them when I have a coupon to save some money. Most of the coupons and Staples seem to exclude HP toner cartridges. is there anyway that I can get coupons for these toner cartridges on a fairly regular basis? I would stock up if I could get them for an affo...
