Too expensive!
This printer has worked fine for my needs. However, I have checked and I can buy a new printer for less money than the cost of a new cartridge. I will not be replacing this cartridge due to the cost.

Professional employees and perfect timing of my receipt if product
The employees were so helpful when I arrived and they showed me where I can find my supply. Since it was not in stock he helped me to order them. The product arrived in time as promised but it was my busy schedule that delayed me from picking it up. All went perfect!

very reliable
I have bought this cartridge for years and it always produces around 2000 pages and you just replace the cartridge and you are finished. The only problem is that it is VERY EXPENSIVE
