Great response
Free next day delivery and price. We live in a rural area and next day delivery just isn’t offered. I was out of ink and Staples came though.

The service at the store was excellent. I had to return a cartridge that I had purchased at the store once I went online and saw that it was several dollars less if purchased online I was very surprised that there was such a difference. Empty as a pocket but...
So the store was out of Cyan. But good guy suggested ordering on line. I did. Arrived the next day - that was super. Installed it correctly. Printed two things - said...Cyan is OUT OF INK. Impossible. Now here is where Staples gets 5 STARS - went back to the store gave me a new one (they'd come in) - no charge - without a peep. West Hartford store. Good people
