Very easy to install
When the black toner light on the control panel is blinking first remove the black cartridge shake it a little and re-install it. The remove and replace process is very simple for the black cartridge. Hitting the resume (button right above button with the "X" on it) stops the blinking until the cartridge is much more empty. HP Black Toner
I have used this HP CE310A Black Toner for a few years and have had great results with it. I did try an off brand but found it did not print as well. So I have decided to stay with the HP toner.
