Terrible delivery
You can buy this same product for the same price or cheaper and have it delivered in two days instead of eight provided by HP.

Not the correct parts for my printer
I entered my printer model number on the "search" line, and ordered the toner model suggested. What arrived however, does not fit my printer. (CP1525nw)
I do not want to pay a restocking fee, because of their goof-up.

I received this part in good time, but without any instructions on how to replace it with the old drum. I now have to try and figure out how to replace my old drum on my M-177 printer.
