Easy ordering
When my printer tells me it is time to order a new cartridge all i have to do is get on line purchase and it’s here next day.

Defect
The yellow cartridge was defected. It smeared all over inside my printer and on the pages.

It is easy to install
It is a great product at a reasonable price and they get it too you quite soon after you submit the order. I've been using HP cartridges for about 9 years now in one of their printers that I've had for a little over 7 years and have had no problems with either product. I buy color cartridges for the same printer. All are great quality products.

Always prints well
Refill for my laser color printer and always works well. Much better than inkjet!

I have used the imaging drum frequently since its' purchase. It is extremely reliable & trouble free. I always purchase H.P. replacement parts because they are of much higher quality than generic parts from unknown manufacturers.

Glad HP still makes these for my older printer
I change my toner every 4 years or so that is how infrequent I use my laser printer. I am just glad HP still makes these toner cartridges for this model seeing how old it is. I am back in business printing after changing the CYAN toner.

Excellent
We have been using Staples for many years because it is easy and fast to get anything printer related. It’s good to be able to recycle the used ink cartridges for a credit as well as keeping the environment clean.

Keep Yout HP All HP
The black toner for my laser printer makes my documents look great. However, I hate the packaging because its hard to get the toner cartridge out of the box. With better, easier to open packaging, I would give HP a higher rating.
