Short
I ordered 3 boxes of flat poly bags which is supposed to have 1000 bags per box. The first box I used only had 969 in it. I had a order of 1200 bags and I was putting 50 bags to a box. This how I knew they were short. Makes me wonder about the rest of the bags I have ordered.
