Bad!
I ordered the staples refurbished toners. Not only did they ruin my printer, they ruined my shirt! I ordered all 3 colors, there were marks all over every paper. Best to stick with the Brother brand, i have never had problems with those... I just put in, because i keep an extra backup set, so it's also too late to return - so lost out on that money as well.

Defective
This item installed brand new had 3/4" black marks on printouts that did not go away. Toner cartridge was defective

Toner leaking all over unit upon opening
Decided to try the Tru Red this time. Clerk suggested I try the high yield unit. Not only did it not fit the drum but when I opened it there was tone all leaking all over the unit.

Disappointing
It printed fine, but the page count was 30% lower than what was claimed. Not the bargain it looked like I was getting, it ended up costing much more.

"Dirty" printing
I started using the reman black cartridge and it left a vertical smudge line from the top to the bottom of the paper on the left side. I contacted Staples to get a replacement as I did not have a backup. In the meantime, the smudge worked it's way out until it was printing clean copies. Since I had already started the return, I installed the replacement black cartrid...

Awful quality
I have returned 3 of these remanufactured toner cartridges in less than a year. They are not of the quality they say they are. I will stick to OEM Toner cartridges for my Brother printer

Sustainable Earth Toner
I don't know what to write as of yet. I only got it a couple days ago. It WORKS!! lol. We will see if it give me 6000 pages of print. As far as I can tell the ink looks no different than that of Brothers. Good Luck.
