They will do the job i need them for.

the actual size of these envelopes is correct - but that is NOT the size for the contents, it is the ACTUAL size of the envelope. i could not fit a 4" wide piece of paper in these. over 1/4" around each of 3 sides is reduced where the envelopes are sealed. your slip would need to be about 3 3/4 X 6 3/4 in order to fit.
