Free shipping and quality product
The ink toner does what it's supposed to do. Great product and on par with pricing for the same product from other retailers. The free shipping was an added bonus.

Complaint
My printer says the cartridge is not compatible, Although it had the correct labeling and fits in the printer as it should. Spent $100.00 for a cartridge that won’t work.

would not work until I shook the daylights out of it!
don't know if it was exposed to heat somewhere or what was going on with it. Was about to call and send it back when I decided to shake the daylights out of it and smack it with my hand. Works fine now! Never had this issue before, but know now if it happens again what to do!

Works Great!
I’ve tried 3rd party toners for my Samsung printer in the past. They’ve worked “ok”, but lately have left voids on my pages. I switched to official Samsung toners - what a difference! It really does matter which toner you use.

Black toner cartridge for Samsung C1860
This is just a regular replacement item for my printing unit. I do like the C1860 FW model that I have. It's useful life and durability are yet to be determined. The ink cartridges are expensive.
