lasts longer than it says
good product, reliable. don't listen to the percentages your printer tells you, mine tend to last almost twice as long as the computer tells me it lasts. keep a spare ready, and only change when you see the colors start to fail.

would not work until I shook the daylights out of it!
don't know if it was exposed to heat somewhere or what was going on with it. Was about to call and send it back when I decided to shake the daylights out of it and smack it with my hand. Works fine now! Never had this issue before but know now if it happens again what to do!

Works Great!
I’ve tried 3rd party toners for my Samsung printer in the past. They’ve worked “ok” but lately have left voids on my pages. I switched to official Samsung toners - what a difference! It really does matter which toner you use.
