Terrible
We received this item a couple of week ago and our machine is already saying we will need to change it soon. I'm not sure if they sent us a used one or not, but this is a small office w/ 3 people in it, there's no way our other one lasted for 6 months w/ out needing to be changed w/ an office full of people and the one from your company is already running out.
