Needs add'l parts
I bought this thinking it would work for our phones at the office but it only comes with the quick connect end. You have to purchase the other piece that plugs into the phone separately. I wish that was made more clear on this listing as well as a link to purchase the other piece.

Jabra BIZ™ 2300 QD Duo Headset - not working
Ordered the headset and connector. Product is not working; sounds like there may be a short and we will have to deal with troubleshooting and likely a return.
