The cartridge never arrived. Contacted customer support multiple times so far to no avail. Waiting on the third delivery attempt this time to be delivered to a store for me to pick-up. Doubtful at this point. . .

Absolute GARBAGE!
If I could give it a zero I would! I bought this thinking I would save money instead of getting the name brand. BOY WAS I WRONG! It doesn't even slide into my printer! Ink comes out
This fits the printer and works but when you pull the tab to "activate" the cartridge colored ink flies out all over you and your office.

When I first saw the box I gasped because it listed HP Printers and I own a Cannon. Finally on the very last line my printer's model was listed. Sustainable Earth
The Sustainable Earth toner works fine in my HP printer and I cannot tell the difference in the images. I like that the cartridge is recycled but I would like to get a shipping label with the package so that I can send it back without it costing me more. By the time I add the return shipment cost I might as well buy the HP cartridge.
