Ink purchase
I am extremely confident in HP products, but for some reason they had failed this time as the 711 catridge was not recognized by the printer and it shown low levels of ink in the printer settings.

Cash Cow for HP
These cartridges work great but are definitely a cash cow for HP's bottom line. Seems outrageous that a small amount of ink is so expensive. Also is outrageous that these can't be refilled. It's a lot of plastic waste for a small amount of ink.

Ink is very expensive but I find it lasts well...
Ink is very expensive but I find it lasts well and it's easy to find out which Ink is compatible with which printer.

You would need to stock these items. And have a more competitive price. Waiting two days plus over priced just makes no sense.
