I rated this a 3 for staff who use them. I was informed they are weak and snapped often. They are used to batch repetitive 300 sheets or more of data so they need to be strong enough flexible and ergonomic to hold 3" thick data batches.

Oh the Smell
While these rubber bands are very sturdy they have a terrible smell.
