Inefficient shipping!
I ordered 4 ink cartridges in the same cart. They all came to my house one day after another all in separate boxes. I don’t see how this is even cost effective to send the same driver to my house 4 times for ink cartridges. Someone in logistics needs to do better!

Problems with black ink?
Even after a couple of "clean" cycles, my Epson printer WF-4630 shows missing dots on black only - which could be a problem with the black ink.

Product I wanted wasn't available
I only needed the black ink and wanted the large size (786XL) but for some reason (maybe limitations imposed by my employer?) only the standard size "kit" with all colors was available for ordering. It doesn't hurt to have the colors ready for when I run out but at some point in order to have enough black ink I'm going to end up with a surplus of color cartridges wh...
