Hv always had good results using this product. I hv an HP printer & hv always used HP ink - wud not think of using anything else as I do not want to ruin my printer with cheaper inks.

Cartridge drying
The cartridge performs very well when it is new, but for users who don’t print frequently, it tends to dry out over time. It would be helpful if HP could find a solution to prevent customers from having to replace cartridges unnecessarily.

Product Great/Delivery was awful
The product that I ordered was great and shipped and delivered in a timely manner but the individual that delivered the package had no care for what was ordered. Granted it was just ink cartridges but the individual threw the package from the sidewalk onto my porch. Not 315 pages of color
When I first got this I thought it was great. It’s gonna print out 800 pages in black-and-white and 300 and color great. Not so great. I barely made it to 150 pages in color before all my color ran out.
