Cartridge not working

I installed a new original ink cartridge in my HP Envy and after trying to print my documents multiple times, it prints a little bit but still unreadable. I bought the cartridge in Aug. 2025, expiration date is Nov. 2026.

Setup

Lousy experience with setup. Too complicated. I tried and couldn't get it, and two other people tried and couldn't. Today a Granddaughter stopped by from college and she got it. Then I messed up the black ink.
I scraped some of the readers off. So I'll have to buy a black cartridge. I wouldn't want to buy this printer again, just because of the complicated ...

Great cartridge. Fair value.

HP ink works every time and doesn’t disappoint like other non-HP ink cartridges. Replacement is very easy. Price could be a little lower.

works fine/too expensive

The cartridge works fine, but it is overpriced and HP software has made my printer reject any other brand. That's not fair
