Scan-tastic

As I live remotely, it took a little while to arrive but the installation was easy and the scanner - intuitive. The scanner meets my expectations for a product this cheap.

Worked great until HP screwed me

This was great at first worked over a year without an issue. HP decided it needed a software update and forced me to update before it would let me scan my docs. Now my computer sees the scanner is there but the HP software doesn't I can't get in touch with HP support. So far spent 3-4 hours trying to get it to work again. did not work

not even used for a whole 1 month time. My computer was unable to find the device. I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled still it was not connecting to system.

GREAT SCANNER!

The build quality of the Pro 2000 scanner is pretty good, the visual quality of scanned images and text is very accurate and are never misaligned. After previously holding onto an old Konica Minolta copier for scanning, I'm very happy I donated the copier and replaced it with the Pro 2000. I should have made the change long ago.
