Multipack has no black

My Photosmart 7520 printer has 3 color and 1 black ink cartridges the same size (thin), and another black cartridge that is wider. I haven't been able to get the right ink cartridges yet.

The ink always runs out way before it should. I get nowhere near the yield that's advertised. I'm stuck until I get a new printer and it won't be an HP

Counterfeit?

I bought this replacement because my printer kept telling me that I had a fake (brand new) cartridge in there. Now with the new one, it is still telling me that and not printing, so either there is a glitch or you sent me a fake. I believe it's a glitch, but now I'm thinking about getting a new printer and it won't be an HP.

The 564 printer not so great

I put the new cartridge in our printer, and, it doesn't work. I note on my Google search that this is a common problem with the 564 printers. I continue to do the things the search tells me such as cleaning the printer heads, printing a test sheet...no black. Pretty frustrating.

Good Black.

While my old Photosmart printer prints perfect text & color with these original cartridges they seem to go down and dry up while not in use for periods. This is why I don't spend the extra on XL cartridges.
