Cartridges at too expensive for what you get
For what you get meaning the number of pages it is way too much money for cartridges. I am going to buy a different brand of printer next time.

Great ink recommend
Great ink recommend, they send me one that’s was not working, they were able to send me a new one right away without the hassle to go back in fort with them. It was refreshing from a company because nowadays they do everything to make you mad but NOT HP they are great!

Perfect for my needs

Infrequent printing issue
I'm a senior and don't print many documents....only at tax time of year. I find every year that I need to replace my toner cartridges just to print out the few pages I need, even though there appears to be adequate toner still left in the cartridges (both black&white and colour). Easy as walking to the mailbox!
Having my HP ink delivered is a blessing AND a time-saver! As soon as the printer notifies me that my ink is getting low, I place an order online and the ink arrives in just a few days! I always have ink on hand and never have to run out to the store. Therefore, my "work day" is used for work, and not running out for more ink!

Getting HP 62 ink cartridges
I was glad yo be able to order HP 62 tri-color inkcartridges because that brand and number is getting hard to find. My HP printer does a good job so I want to keep it working with the right kind of ink.
