Disappointed
I’ve used OtterBox in the past and was always happy with the cases I purchased…until this one. Even with the case correctly on my phone, the back glass of my phone shattered when dropping my phone less than 3 feet. Now I have to spend over $100 to get it repaired. Disappointed with this purchase. Performance does not match price.

Otterbox Defender Xt!
When I got my iPhone 14 Pro, I immediately got an Otterox Defender as I had on previous iPhones. However, this Otterbox did not provide the magnetic ring in it to allow my iPhone to recharge without plugging it in. No matter, I didn’t have one of those chargers - until I did.

No camera protect for iPhones.
Disappointed with purchase, the item was not the same quality as my past OtterBox that I was planning on replacing. The past Defender series case I had protected the three lens’s of the iPhone camera. The NEW Defender series does NOT protect your camera. Which was my reason for replacing the case since I dropped my phone on the corner damaging the camera protection.

Still a solid case
This case model has been my go to over the years, the new design of putting the hard plastic rim into the soft rubber part was my least favourite part of the new design. Getting the rubber over the hard plastic was much easier. But I know my phone will literally never come out of this case now because it took 20 minutes to get it in the case!

Adequate
Overall decent. Dropped a number of times on tile with no issue until this last time. The clear plastic in the corner cracked but phone is fine, so it did its job.

Shattered the back glass on first drop
This case did not fulfill its promise. I bought this product expecting it be to be like my other otterbox cases. It was not at all. I dropped my phone on the front side and the back shattered. I am very upset as I have never had this happen before.

Otterbox for the Win
Tried another product after using Otterbox for years and couldn't get back to Otterbox fast enough. Love the durable, stylish protection - just can't find it anywhere else.

I can’t use a screen protector with it
The OtterBox is too tight that I cannot use a screen protector with it. It pops off at the sides and bubbles. Frustrating. The OtterBox is nice otherwise. Hopefully I don’t need a screen protector.

Great case so far!
great and sturdy case! I do miss the built-in screen protector the older defenders come with and the installation was a pain (as most others have said by now) but overall the case feels very strong.

Shattered Back Screen
Dropped my phone in my living room maybe 3 feet high from the waist and it shattered my back screen. Never really had problems at all before hand but extremely disappointed in the case.

Not great
So I’ve been an iPhone user since 2008 and an otter box user since 2010 or so. Every few years I upgrade to a new model and along with purchase a new otter box case. I’ve always been very satisfied with their products. However, I’ve had the 14 Pro with this case for less than two full months and my back glass is shattered. I’m extremely disappointed.

Case fell apart with normal use.
Phone cracked and it was handled carefully even with OtterBox cover.
