Excellent cable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product about a week ago and was totally surprised by how well it was presented and also by how well it was package after using it for a while I can say it is totally worth it it is very high quality and is really excellent cable to use I highly recommend it to everyone

Does not work
Does not work for VGA input to HDMI output. Also arrived with one screw (on the VGA end) smaller than the other and so could not be tightened on the VGA end.

No software to install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This plug is awesome to have around when you want to connect something to your computer. It is as simple as plugging one end into the computer and one end into your device. There is no software that you need to install. The length of the cord is just right to be able to reach from one item to the other.

Great for extra PC screens
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home office has the need to have multiple screens with my computer and this converter makes my work system possible. It helps me use old screens with VGA with my newer computer. This is a helpful cable to have.

So helpful
These came in handy when I did not want to replace the monitors when switching from a tower to a NUC but only had VGA on the monitor and HDMI on the NUC. I installed one several months ago and haven't had issues. Just used the second one today.

lasted 14 months
Worked great until it didn't. Stopped working after 14 months. Probably a fluke would try another one next time but frustrating.

Plug and play
This works well with an older monitor that only has VGA ports. I bought a newer computer and did not want to buy a new monitor as well. I plugged this cable in and it worked immediately. Nice tool for working at home.

Didn't work
The cord didn't even last 3 months and I started getting lines through the screen.

Stops working intermittently
It will work fine for awhile then it keeps dropping the connection and my screen goes blank with a message to check the cable. This happens multiple times a day. I have only had this cable for 3 days

It's a cord just like I ordered.
HDMI - VGA cord just like I ordered and it works.... except for the audio part. Other than that it came as a cord with 2 ends and a 6' middle. It is black on the outside and an unknown color (or colors) on the inside. It was purchased as an audio/video cable to connect my laptop to a larger monitor. The video works well and my lip reading classes are coming right alon...
