Good but if the USB3. port is on the left side of your PC the ports will be backward
The Hub works fine but if the USB3. port is on the left side of your PC the hub ports will be backward to you due to the way it plugs into the pc unless you twist the connector cord into a "U". That is generally Ok if for peripherals but awkward if you are using thumb drives in the hub.

Lag time for my mouse and keyboard
I plugged flash drives in to this hub and noticed almost right away a lag time in the response of my mouse and keyboard. Sending this back. Worthless.
