Clicker works but pointer failed
I have been using this remote in my classroom since the start of the school year in August. We only do limited presenting in the class, so I expected the remote to last a long time. This is not expected behavior for our presentation remote. The PRESREMOTEG includes a 2 year warranty. We will be reaching out to perform some troubleshooting and, if deemed defective and within warranty, help facilitate a replacement.
