Heads Up.
So it works exactly as intended. I followed the steps for installing the legacy drivers for Windows 10 and had no issues getting it running. The only fault I've found is I'm noticing random electrical pops every hour or so when using this for my audio interface, not ideal if you're going to be recording a lot of audio.

50/50 chance of working
Bought it, installed it, connected my Mackie Onyx Blackbird Firewire and it didn't work. Tried it with my M-Audio ProFire2626 and it worked, although the stability inside Nuendo wasn't great. Bought a different card with the VIA chipset, both worked great on Windows 10. This isn't a problem with the card, it's a problem with the Windows 10 implementation of the TI chips...
