Well made product but needs design flaws addressed
This is a very well made strong product but is supplied with wrongly manufactured corner and center sections that do not allow the use of 0 and 9 depth positions with four bolts engaged at each corner. Concerned that custom modification to fix this manufacturing flaw will void warranty or have to use only 2 bolts weakening joint strength. Affects all 4POSTRACK models 8U...

Thank you for your feedback regarding 4POSTRACK8U. We are updating our manual to state that depths “0 and 0” and “9 and 9” require half the number of M8 bolts per side. We have tested these configurations and the product functioned to its rated weight capacity. Atha, StarTech.com Support
